Background: Chronic kidney failure is becoming a global public health problem with an increasing prevalence and incidence of kidney failure, poor prognosis and high cost. Chronic kidney patients require hemodialysis therapy to replace the function of the kidneys in cleaning the blood and removing excess fluid that cannot be excreted through urine. In addition to hemodialysis as a medical therapy, patients with chronic kidney failure also require special attention related to their diet management. Objective: This study aims to determine dietary compliance and its relationship with consumption levels (protein, sodium, potassium and fluids) of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis at Kediri District Hospital. Design: The research design used was descriptive using a cross sectional approach with a total of 20 respondents who underwent outpatient hemodialysis. Dietary compliance data were collected using 24-hour recall, questionnaires and consumption level data using food records for six days. Results: The results of the study with the spearman-rho test obtained ?-value results of 0.043, the p value (0.043) < ? (0.05), which means that there is a relationship between dietary compliance with the level of consumption of patients undergoing hemodialysis at Kediri Regency Hospital. Conclusions: Patients who comply to the recommended diet have a level of consumption that is close to the needs compared to patients who do not comply to the diet
